Tour Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

– A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (amount varies by company) or full payment.

– The balance payment must be made by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

– All payments made after booking are **non-refundable**, regardless of cancellation or changes made by the traveler.

2. Cancellation Policy

– Once the booking is confirmed, refunds are not possible, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Changes to Itinerary

– The organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, political conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

– Plans will be changed or modified as per government orders, regulations, or restrictions. Travelers will be informed of any changes as soon as possible, and additional costs, if any, will be communicated.

4. Travel Documents

– Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.

– The organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations due to improper documentation.

5. Health and Fitness

– Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before booking.

– The organizer may refuse service if the traveler’s health conditions pose a risk.

6. Respect for Culture

– Travelers must respect the local culture, traditions, and practices of the destinations visited.

– Disparaging remarks or behavior against the local culture, customs, or people will not be tolerated and may result in termination of participation without refund.

7. Liability

– The organizer is not liable for:

  – Injury, illness, or death during the tour.

  – Loss or damage of personal belongings.

  – Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, accidents).

8. Accommodation and Meals

– Accommodation details will be provided in advance; substitutions of similar standard may be made.

– Meals will be as per the package (e.g., breakfast only, all-inclusive). Special dietary requests must be communicated early.

9. Code of Conduct

– Travelers must follow local laws, customs, and instructions from guides.

– The organizer may terminate participation without refund for inappropriate behavior.

10. Force Majeure

– The organizer is not responsible for events outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemics, or government restrictions.

11. Complaints

– Any complaints during the tour must be reported immediately to the tour guide or company.

– Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the tour’s end.

12. Governing Law

– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

– Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [specific city, e.g., New Delhi, Mumbai, etc.], India.
